Sparks Medical Foundation, renamed Sparks Clinic in June 2008, is the integrated physician office network of Sparks Health Systems. Sparks Clinic provides patients with access to more than 100 Sparks-employed physicians and mid-level providers practicing 20 plus specialties in offices located throughout the greater Fort Smith region. Sparks Clinic also offers such services as a diagnostic Women’s Center and Breast Care Clinic where mammograms and breast biopsies are performed; Medical Imaging and Laboratory Services. All of these ancillary services are based in the Sparks Medical Plaza (formerly the Holt-Krock Clinic building). Satellite clinics located in communities surrounding Fort Smith typically have laboratories and imaging areas on site.
